To join Atlanta Brokers Collective you must have:
An active Georgia Real Estate Brokers License*
A minimum of 25 closings in your career
Atlanta Board of REALTORS membership
*Must have an active Georgia Real Estate Brokers License within 90 days of joining firm (Atlanta Brokers Collective will even pay for it) or a Masters degree in a Real Estate field.

FAQ
If I get my brokers license, why wouldn't I just open my own brokerage?
You should if that is your business goal! If not, we are here to support you do what you do best, which is sell real estate.
What CRM, marketing systems, and other technology will I have to use?
We don't require you to use any certain software to run your business. We run our business agile and lean at ABC, to stay out of your way.
Are there any per-transaction fees?
No, just a monthly fee that covers your GAMLS and FMLS access, brokerage insurance, and backend auditing of contracts.
Where is your office located?
To run lean and keep costs down, we don't have a physical office. However, our agents often have a Switchyards co-working space membership that gets them office space with high-speed wi-fi, available meeting and conference rooms, and unlimited coffee at 13 locations throughout Metro-Atlanta. A Switchyards membership is roughly $100 a month or less and gets you access to all 13 locations 24-7.
How do I meet and communicate with other ABC agents once I'm onboard?
We have optional monthly meetups and online groups and shared apps to communicate internally with our brokers about the deals you are working on.
Why do you require a Brokers License?
Discount brokerages have poor reputations for staffing newer or part-time agents with plenty of bad contracts and poor service. We are looking to build a 100% commission brokerage for agents with a stellar track record that can move fast and the earn respect of their community. Plus, how nice is to be able to bounce any question you have off of anyone in the brokerage?
What is required to get a Broker's License?
Georgia Real Estate Commission requires at least 3+ years of experience, a 60 hour course, and pass a test to get your broker's license.
